About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Investment Analyst with strong financial analysis and programming skills to support our investment team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in investment research, financial modeling, and data analysis who can leverage tools like Python to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
This is a remote role for candidates based outside the U.S., with working hours aligned to U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and investment research across asset classes
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions
- Use Python (or similar tools) to automate workflows and analyze large datasets
- Identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities through data analysis
- Support portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and documentation
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal evaluation and strategy
- Ensure high accuracy, organization, and proper documentation of work
- 3–6 years of experience in investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Programming experience (Python preferred)
- CFA designation or actively pursuing CFA is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
- Solid understanding of financial statements and capital markets
- Experience working with large datasets or alternative data
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data pipelines
- Exposure to event-driven, merger arbitrage, or quantitative strategies
