Job Description:

A goal-oriented Restaurant Manager with strong expertise in boosting sales, controlling costs, and profit and loss management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in restaurant operations and financial performance, including team leadership and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth - Implement up-selling strategies and team training to increase average spend. Drive sales through promotions, local marketing, and VIP loyalty programs. Monitor and respond to sales trends and customer behaviour
  2. Inventory Management - Track and manage food and supply inventory accurately. Reduce food wastage and implement FIFO (first in, first out) practices. Coordinate with suppliers and control stock ordering
  3. Labor Cost Control - Prepare staff schedules based on sales forecasts and labor budgets. Manage timekeeping, productivity, and proper manpower allocation. Train team for multi-tasking and high-efficiency service
  4. P&L Management - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance. Control operating costs (utilities, labor, COGS, waste) to meet budget targets. Analyse P&L reports and implement cost-saving measures
  5. Operational Leadership - Supervise all front- and back-of-house functions. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • With 5 Year(s) of working experience in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Industry
  • Required Skill(s): Restaurant Management, People Management, Inventory, P&L Analysis
  • Proficiency with common restaurant POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, or similar)
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog); other Asian languages are a plus
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and provide character references
  • Must possess or obtain ServSafe Food Safety Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.
