About the role
We are recruiting a Call Centre Agent to join our customer service team in Cebu City on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for college graduates to launch their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc., handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support, answer enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service.This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing customer requests, orders, and complaints efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our systems
- Following company protocols and quality standards on every call
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
- Achieving performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Participating in training and development programmes to enhance your skills
- College graduate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call centre technology
- Patience and problem-solving skills when dealing with challenging situations
- Professional attitude and willingness to follow company guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential for college graduates
