Identify and source the most suitable suppliers for a wide range of materials, components, and services required by our manufacturing operations Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, including pricing, delivery, and quality
Monitor and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials
and components to meet production schedules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, logistics, and finance teams, to understand and anticipate procurement needs
Maintain detailed records and reporting on procurement activities, costs, and supplier
performance
Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and strategies to
drive cost savings and operational efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements
Preferably Female Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in the
manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement
best practices
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use procurement-related
software and systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
