About the role

As a Sales Agent at Wonderzyme Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and involves engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and securing sales opportunities.

1. Identifying and targeting potential customers within your designated territory or industry
2. Conducting needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points
3. Presenting Wonderzyme's products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner
4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual sales targets
5. Maintaining and expanding your client portfolio through ongoing relationship management
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities
7. Providing feedback and insights to the sales and product teams to inform strategy and development

1. Proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
3. Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation, with the capacity to understand and address customer needs
4. Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
5. Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are preferred
