Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA) to be based in Naga City, Camarines Sur, who will support the sales and purchasing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations.

• Assists the Sales & Purchasing Specialist in creating purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and various reports
• Performs canvassing of items and suppliers when needed
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of items purchased
• Maintains updated supplier list

Qualifications/Requirements

• Knowledge on and/or experience in the IT industry, especially the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Audio-Visual (AV), and Safety and Security, is an advantage
• Experience with government bidding is an advantage
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks while paying strict attention to details
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Can work with MS Office, G Suite and other productivity tools

• Bachelor in Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related Purchasing field is required for this position.

Remarks

Urgent Hiring- Previous work experience in Purchasing is a must. Back ground experience with the IT industry, especially the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an advantage.
