Job Description: Graphic Designer (Contractor)

Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Contractor) to provide additional creative

support to our in-house graphic designer. This role will focus on the production of static

visually compelling, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be a versatile

designer with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Partner with the full-time graphic designer to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Design and produce static advertisements (digital banners, paid media

• Develop print collateral, including brochures, flyers, reports, signage, and event

• Contribute to web design projects, including landing pages, web banners, and

• Ensure all materials are visually consistent and adhere to established brand

• Translate creative briefs from Asana into engaging, professional designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
• Offer creative input and fresh ideas to support marketing, branding, and sales

initiatives.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio highlighting static ads,

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus

• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design considerations.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience preparing assets for both digital and print production.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
