Patient care officer/receptionist
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Care Officer/Receptionist to join our team at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.' (HOO Dermatology). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and serving as the first point of contact for our valued patients.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Engaged in the selling and marketing of Obagi Medical Products
- Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Providing general support to the clinical team as needed
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develops and maintains good public relations with patients
- Responsible to achieve sales target in assigned area
- Sales experienced is an advantage but not a requirement
- Candidate must be a College Graduate
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- With pleasing personality
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
- A warm, friendly and professional demeanor
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Sales experienced is an advantage but not a requirement
- Willing to be assigned in one of our branches(ATC,MAKATI,ROB MANILA,30TH MALL,205 EDSA,TRINOMA,VERSTIS NORTH,MARQUEE MALL)
