Position: Freelance Exhibition Curator
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Contract Type: Freelance, full-time commitment
Salary: £7,000–£8,500 per annum (based on experience)

About the Role
We are launching a new Exhibitions platform. The curator will be responsible for researching, structuring, and writing exhibition content to a high standard, ensuring accessibility and clarity for a wide audience. You will work closely with our senior curator consultant, graphic design and video teams.
Key Responsibilities
Research and develop exhibition narratives across history, culture, science, and technology.
Write clear, engaging content for exhibition panels (A0/A1 format).
Liaise with designers to integrate visuals and text.
Ensure factual accuracy, correct sourcing, and high-quality references.
Follow our editorial standards for tone and vocabulary.
Deliver content within deadlines and collaborate with an international team.
Requirements
Degree in History, Art History, Cultural Studies, Museum/Heritage Studies, or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in curatorial research, content writing, or cultural project development. Preferred exhibition curating experience.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong ability to simplify complex topics for a general audience.
Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines independently.
