About the role

This is a full-time Encoder / Clerk position, located at C. Raymundo, Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and providing administrative support to our team. As a key member of our office support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our business run smoothly and efficiently.

• Accurately entering data from various sources into our databases and spreadsheets
• Maintaining and updating our filing systems, both physical and digital
• Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Excellent data entry and typing skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is preferred
