Job description
Responsibilities:
- Prepares bidding documents based on checklist, bid data sheet, pre bid minutes,
- Prepare requirements for Government Quotation.
- Attend pre-bid conference with the Sales Team.
- Answers phone calls and inquiries, forwards to the respective department.
- Produces office forms, ensures ample and complete quantity of office forms.
- Processes requests for office supplies..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder of Business Admin or related course.
- With at least 6 months experience in BIDDING and OFFICE ADMIN is a must.
- Experience in PhilGEPS is not required but an advantage
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferably male
