Field Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our field sales team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The role involves managing sales operations, building client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales and merchandising activities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate field sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility, availability, and market share.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, merchandising, and route coverage.
• Review and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper execution of trade promotions, in-store displays, and product merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in FMCG field sales or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
• Knowledge in route-to-market execution and trade marketing principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3).
• Willing to travel and work in the field regularly.
