Sourcing Specialist
Being part of the Team, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our employees throughout their journey with the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing candidates for all open agent positions.
- Ensure all leads (Social Media, Job Boards, Careers Page & Walkins) are contacted (Phone, Text, Email) within 24 Hrs.
- Source leads through an internet search for challenging roles.
- Ensuring all candidate information is captured and updated in the Application Tracking System.
- Scheduling interviews with Recruitment Specialists.
- Working closely with Recruitment AM, sharing feedback on outsourcing channels and ways to improve efficiency.
- Build an understanding of all requirements across the organization and ensure enough leads are in the pipeline for all.
Skillsets:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong internet research skills Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with candidates and recruiters Proficient in phone, text, and email communication.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze candidate profiles and identify potential matches Understanding of recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent time management skills

Qualifications:
Experience in candidate screening and profiling
