What is the role that we need?A Corporate Accounting Associate plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of a company’s financial records. This position supports day-to-day accounting operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and contributes to timely and accurate financial reporting.
The Corporate Accounting Associate will perform the functions outlined below:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- NetSuite Proficiency
