Online Sales Associate

The Online Sales Associate works closely with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to secure and process online sales. Once inquiries or prospective clients are endorsed by CSR, the Online Sales Associate manages order creation, payment coordination, and fulfillment until pickup or delivery.

The role handles multiple online platforms and is responsible for meeting daily order targets.

Job Specifications

Senior High School graduate; college level or college graduate is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in online selling, order processing, account handling, customer support or similar roles is an advantage
Working knowledge of Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, Viber, and basic sales documentation (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, receipts and order tracking).
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and transactions simultaneously with attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow-through on client and order concerns.
Results-oriented, organized, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned sales transactions.
