Job Description
Provide an efficient and white glove experience for every candidate from application to hire
Provide timely and accurate communication with applicants and business partners regarding the hiring process
Maximize utilization of applicant tracking system and job boards
Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to prepare a diverse slate of candidates for our pharmacies.
Makes recommendations for candidate selection and is an active participant with business partner(s) in the candidate selection process
Able to handle complex recruitment efforts, matters or projects independently
Provides guidance in the forecasting and planning of business partner staffing needs and efforts for current and future needs
Partner with business leaders and HR to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent.
Stay in touch with the industry landscape and market trends to bring recruiting solutions to our business partners.
Educate and train internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices to ensure top-talent selection.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.
