Quezon City - Supply Planner

The Supply Planner will work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply strategies with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position at Nutra-finity Corporation’s Makati head office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supply Planning: Develop and execute supply plans based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and production capacity.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover while preventing shortages and overstock.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze demand patterns and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Production Scheduling: Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Order Management: Track purchase orders and ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on supply requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize transportation and distribution strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key supply chain metrics (e.g., lead times, fill rates, inventory days) and implement improvements.
