Job Description:
The Company Driver is primarily responsible for providing secure and punctual driving services to transport company employees, goods, and documents. Additionally, the role involves assisting with office purchases and serving as a backup for company messengers.
Specific Functions and Duties:Transportation Services: Safely transporting company employees, guests, or goods to and from specified locations in timely manner
Plan and follow the best route to ensure timely delivery of goods and passengers.
Assist in the delivery and pick-up of goods to and from offices and sitesVehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks of the assigned vehicle, including body, oil, tire, and battery condition.
Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing weekly washing, cleaning, and follow scheduled maintenance.Track and renew LTO registration.
Maintain accurate mileage records and log all assigned travels.
Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
Other Tasks: Assist in the transfer of ownership of company vehicles at the LTO
Serve as backup in the absence of the company messenger, handling document or equipment deliveryBe prepared to work in various departments, branches, or subsidiaries of the company as required.
This role requires a versatile individual capable of providing transportation services efficiently while also being able to assist with minor office tasks as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum 2 years of experience as Executive Driver (preferably with experience driving foreigners)
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
