Sales Support / Data Entry
Statements of Work (SOW):·Draft, review, and format Statements of Work in accordance with sales agreements and company templates.·Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy of scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.Document Management & Signatures:·Prepare proposals, contracts, NDAs, and other sales documentation for electronic signature.·Use e‑signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) to send, track, and archive signed documents.CRM & Data Entry:·Log activities, track follow‑up tasks, and ensure contact records are current and complete.Sales Support & Coordination:·Schedule meetings, demos, and follow‑ups between prospects and sales representatives.·Prepare meeting agendas, take action‑item notes, and distribute materials.Reporting & Analytics Assistance:·Generate regular reports on pipeline status, contract turnaround times, and other KPIs.·Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.General Administrative Tasks:·Manage inbound inquiries, route leads, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.·Organize digital files and ensure easy retrieval of sales collateral.·Assist with travel and expense coordination for sales team as needed.
