About the Role

We are looking for Client Services Managers (2 roles available) to support our account. This role will manage client services, compliance, and administration for a boutique financial planning business, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Compliance Management:

• Manage XPLAN as the main tool for practice and compliance management.
• Ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor workflows, invoices, and fees.
• Support process improvements and legislative updates with the Client Relationship Manager.

Client Services:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective administration and communication.
• Manage Advisor schedules and client meetings.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure proper documentation of interactions.
• Support client onboarding, annual reviews, and ongoing communications.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing advice documents and reports.
• Manage data gathering, fact-finding, and form processing.
• Handle insurance-related workflows and client claims.
• Maintain accurate records in XPLAN, including compliance, data feeds, and client portal management.
• Coordinate with clients, fund managers, and other external partners.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Around 3 years of experience in client services, compliance, or financial planning support in the financial services sector.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of compliance obligations and XPLAN system.
• Proactive communicator, both verbal and written.
• Agile team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Ideally working toward an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or related degree.
