Trade Operations Analyst (WFH)

Job Description:

  • Monitor post-execution trade flows, and ensure all bookings and cancellations are captured and processed in a timely manner.
  • Process payments both on platform and bank/custodian portals, manage any exposure relating to client balances from a pre-funding and settlement basis.
  • Manage settlement cycles, and ensure all trades are settled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and assets positions, identify and clear any breaks within the same business day.
  • Understand front-to-back operational setup for client onboarding, perform micro payment testing, and deal with any client-related questions or issues.
  • Failed trade management - escalate any failed trades and work with Trading and Risk Teams to cover positions.
  • Work closely with colleagues in different regions to help support and solve operational problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Middle Office and/or Operations roles.
  • Client-facing experience—regularly liaising with clients and custodians.
  • Experience and interest in crypto assets is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of financial and operational business flows.
  • Understanding of client onboarding and operational setups.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement strategies.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
