Multi-Branch Operations Manager (Restaurant Operations)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance to operational and branding standards across several outlets by conducting store audit.
2. Track restaurant financials including budgets, sales, profitability and propose performance improvement initiatives as needed.
3. Guide, coach, and supervise store leaders in ensuring consistent execution in delivering product quality and excellent customer service.
4. Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
5. Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
6. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or HRIM is preferred.
• Strong relevant experience of not less than 5 years in a restaurant, multi-branch, capacity in the F&B industry
• Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains is strongly preferred
• Management experience of 10+ outlets can be either simultaneous or cumulative
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• With sufficient knowledge and understanding of store operations optimization and success standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
