As our Digital Art Director, you'll play a key role in concepting, designing, and directing high-performing visual content across paid social, e-commerce, and performance marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and media buyers to craft assets that are both creatively engaging and conversion-focused.
We’re looking for someone who has strong instincts for storytelling, understands platform nuances (Meta, TikTok, etc.), and can bring campaigns to life through a strategic visual lens.

The main responsibilities of a DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR include:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels
- Concept and storyboard content for paid social, e-commerce landing pages, and product marketing
- Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and media teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with performance goals
- Provide art direction for UGC-style content, motion graphics, and video shoots
- Maintain brand consistency while tailoring visual direction to various audiences and platforms
- Jump in as needed on copywriting or graphic design work—bonus if you’re hands-on when needed
- Review performance data to iterate and refine creative based on results
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, or a similar creative role
- Strong background in digital advertising and social media-led campaigns
- Proven experience leading creative direction and concept development
- A portfolio that demonstrates idea-led campaign thinking, not just executional design, is a must.
- Leadership capabilities that align with an Art Director-level.
- Deep familiarity with creative best practices on Meta and TikTok
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first campaigns and platform-native storytelling
- Solid design skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography
- Working knowledge of performance marketing and how creative drives conversions
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, or copywriting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive and flexible creative leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
