About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.
What you'll be doing- Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while delivering excellent customer service
- Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- College Graduate / SHS Graduate without BPO experience (good communication skills)
- College undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience.
- Can start ASAP
- Can work ONSITE in Davao City,Davao del Sur.
