Responsibilities

Handling customer queries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service
Monitoring stock levels, ensuring adequate product availability, and tracking purchase orders
Preparing and controlling the store's budget, and ensuring purchases and stock levels stay within budget
Setting and meeting the sales targets and motivating staff to do so
Ensuring the store complies with all health and safety legislation
Analyzing sales and revenue reports, and making forecasts
Inspiring and guiding employees, creating a positive work environment.

Requirements and skills

Graduate of any 4-year course.
With Supervisory or Team Leader experienced.
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis.
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Good communication skills
