Job summary

The Team Lead – Clinical Insights leads a team delivering clinical and operational analytics, dashboards and reporting that support perioperative services, pharmacy, laboratory and clinical transformation. This role drives data accuracy, analytic consistency and actionable insights that enable informed decision-making across U.S. healthcare operations.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence and service delivery outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Lead and develop an insights team through coaching, performance management and capability building
  • Manage workload prioritization and ensure timely delivery of dashboards, scorecards and key performance indicators
  • Oversee design and quality of reporting outputs supporting perioperative, pharmacy, laboratory and clinical programs
  • Establish and maintain analytics standards, data governance practices and validation protocols
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based clinical, operational and supply chain leaders to define reporting requirements and align key metrics
  • Serve as escalation point for complex analyses, data discrepancies and high-priority stakeholder requests
  • Monitor integration and validation of data from electronic health records, supply chain systems and third-party sources
  • Analyze perioperative activity, scheduling performance and clinical supply utilization to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Improve reporting workflows, data quality and collaboration with cross-functional teams

What you'll need

Experience
  • 3–5 years in clinical analytics, reporting or healthcare insights required
  • 2 years in perioperative services or clinical operations required
  • 1 year in supply chain, purchasing or distribution management required
  • Experience mentoring or coordinating team members required
  • Knowledge of clinical value analysis and operating room supply workflows preferred
  • Experience with electronic health record systems preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Nursing or related field required
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Data Analytics preferred
Certifications
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting preferred

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in reporting tools and standard office technologies
