Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist develops and executes marketing campaigns and communications to promote the company’s products-services-solutions, researching market trends, analyzing data, creating marketing materials, organizing marketing events to reach target audiences and drive customer engagement, lead generation management, and manages the day-to-day operation of the marketing team.
Job BriefA. BRAND MARKETING EXCELLENCE
§ Manages brand development and strategies.
§ Serves in all organizational campaigns.
§ Guides market research analysis and define brand elements and tone. The marketing specialist finds ways to further enhance the branding of a product, services, and or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
§ Ensures all marketing and events executions are aligned with the brand purpose.
§ Develops the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
§ Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities.
§ Alter ego of the DM in educating all employees of the brand.
§ Creates and publishes all marketing material in line with marketing plan.
§ Creates social media calendar with approval of the DM.
§ Plans and implements promotional campaigns.
§ Oversees overall corporate identity.
§ Recommends improvements of the brand internally.
§ Monitors website traffic.
§ Manages of direct mail.
§ Support CX and implement customer retention programs.B. EVENTS MARKETING EXCELLENCE
§ Oversees and manages events of the organization for both clients and employees.
§ Champions brainstorming of each event.
§ Submits and monitors usage of budget.
§ Maintains effective internal communications to ensure employees are informed in terms of events’ objectives, targets, and purposes.
§ Works closely with different teams for designs (Marketing), product launches (Sales), Town Hall (HR), and others.
§ Recommends for final approval by the DM for all printed collaterals.
SALES MARKETING EXCELLENCE
§ Manages online brand presence.
§ Supervises leads generation.
§ Runs programs directed for customer retention.
§ Manages website updates and reports.
§ Creates and publishes approved marketing materials to support sales acquisition programs.
§ Monitors and manages inbound online inquires daily.
CREATIVE MARKETING EXCELLENCE
§ Supports the team’s imaginative strategies and techniques to promote NMI as a brand, and its products, services, and solutions, aiming to stand out from competitors, and engage audiences. This goes beyond traditional marketing by incorporating creativity, storytelling, and emotional appeal to create memorable and impactful experiences.The goal is to capture attention, foster brand loyalty, and ultimately drive sales.
§ Ensures creative efforts of the Creative Specialist aligns with overall business goals and target audience preferences.
§ Champions the crafting of narratives that showcase the brand's values, personality, and mission.
§ Leverages emerging technologies and platforms to enhance creativity and reach.D. REPORT MANAGEMENT
§ Reports to the DM and serves as the ‘alter ego’.
§ Supervises the marketing team corporately and individually and makes necessary report to the Director for Marketing.
§ Provides weekly report to the DM.
