TCGlobal Inc. (Quincy Supermarket) is a growing retail company focused on efficient operations, strong supplier partnerships, and engaging customer experiences both in-store and online.

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Office Staff, supporting either Purchasing or Sales & Marketing operations depending on qualifications and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Support
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment
  • Help communicate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
  • Prepare and organize purchase-related documents
  • Update product and supplier information in the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounting for smooth receiving and documentation
  • Support price checking and basic cost comparisons
  • Sales & Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities
  • Help prepare promotional materials and simple presentations
  • Support social media postings and online product updates
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and order follow-ups
  • Help coordinate in-store promotions and events
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years experience in office, purchasing, sales, or marketing support (retail experience is an advantage)
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work on weekends or holidays when needed
