Salary: Part-time - 14,000 - 15,000PhP / Month , Full-Time 28,000-30,000 PhP / Month
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our online presence and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with some experience who are passionate about content creation, social media, and the latest marketing trends—especially in AI-driven content generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media channels
- Generate engaging content using AI tools for blogs, newsletters, and social media and other digital platforms
- Create visually appealing and accurate presentations for marketing initiatives
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in community building and interaction
- Track trends and suggest relevant content ideas to keep platforms fresh and aligned with brand voice
- Coordination with Marketing team with daily projects
- Basic WordPress content management and Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (Marketing grads are highly encouraged, but non-marketing grads with experience are welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or interest in AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini and Jasper)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
- Dependable electricity with power backup available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
- Must be willing to work part-time during evening hours, specifically from 7:00–11:00 PM or 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Philippine Time.
