Contribute to the achievement of the sales target through solicitation of business for the guestrooms and function rooms whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assists in selling of product or services of other revenue generating departments.

Assist the DOSM and the team by playing an active role in the successful implementation of all approved sales and marketing plans and strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Tourism or any related field.

Excellent Communication skills-both oral and written, networking skills, negotiation skills & organizational skills.

Must be proficient in Computer Operations, including Opera.

Maintains a positive attitude, is self-motivated, goal oriented, driven, adaptable, confident, customer-focused, has problem-solving abilities, works well in teams, and has market knowledge.

At least 3 years' hotel sales experience.
