Customer Service Representative – Premium Electrical Services | $5/hr | Remote

Join a premium residential and commercial electrical services team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them with professionalism, care, and confidence from the initial call through to scheduled appointments.

  • Rate: $5/hr
  • Setup: 100% Remote
  • Schedule: US Time Zone | Full-Time
  • Position Summary
We’re seeking a confident and results-driven Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people and delivering top-quality service. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, explain service offerings, qualify leads, and ensure smooth scheduling.

You’ll play a key role in representing our client’s premium brand.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and inquiries
  • Explain premium electrical services and offerings with confidence
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
  • Accurately document interactions, lead status, and outcomes in CRM
  • Identify and filter quality leads from cold/non-converting ones
  • Support customer satisfaction follow-ups and post-service communication
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written) with excellent phone presence
  • Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home service industries a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking software
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
