About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Staff/Cashier/Inventory Clerk to join our growing team at Power Mac Center in Robinsons Antique.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring stock levels
• Assist with product merchandising and display to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the store operates smoothly and customer needs are met

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
