Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Vendor Management)
You will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Coordination:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries and communications.o Coordinate with vendors to ensure they understand the company’s staffing requirements and expectations.
o Schedule regular meetings with vendors to review performance, address issues, and discuss upcoming staffing needs.
o Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with staffing vendors to ensure favorable terms.
o Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance, and communications.
o Evaluate and select staffing vendors based on company requirements and performance metrics.
- Seamless Staffing Process:
o Implement and oversee a streamlined process for vendor selection, onboarding, and management.
o Ensure that staffing requests are communicated clearly and promptly to vendors.o Monitor the progress of staffing requests to ensure timely fulfillment and address any delays or issues.
o Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the staffing process aligns with project timelines and business objectives.
o Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.
- Alignment with Organizational Needs:
o Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
o Ensure that vendors are providing candidates who meet the company’s standards and requirements.o Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance to ensure they are meeting the company’s staffing needs effectively.
o Provide feedback to vendors on candidate quality and fitness, and work with them to make necessary improvements.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
o Provide regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics to senior management.
o Collaborate with internal departments to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
o Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and staffing metrics for senior management.o Identify areas for improvement in the vendor management process and implement changes as needed.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure that all vendor agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
o Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and address any breaches or issues.o Manage risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and staffing.
o Identify opportunities to enhance the vendor management process and implement best practices.o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the vendor management team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven 8-10 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
