Quality Control Staff
About the role
F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Staff to join our manufacturing team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Conduct thorough inspections and testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards
- Document and maintain detailed quality control records, identifying and troubleshooting any quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and policies
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our quality management system
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control documentation
- Proficient in the use of quality control equipment and software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with production teams
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
