Job Description:

Provide assistance to Senior/ Chief Mechanic in completion of work project
Repair advanced vehicle/ equipment electrical issues and perform heavy vehicle engine work.
Diagnose failures of vehicles/equipment, remove and replace part as necessary.
Perform preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of broken parts.
Responds to dispatch calls for machine equipment repairs.
Check all work done and ensure a defect free assembly prior to final inspection.
Document all work performed and recommended on the job order.
Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.

Qualification:

Graduate of Senior/ High School Graduate
Certificate in Automotive Servicing IV (NC IV)
5 to 10 years experience as heavy equipment and vehicle mechanic
Experience in conducting periodic safety and maintenance inspection to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damaged.
Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledgeable in preparing cost & time estimates for work to be done
Driver License Code O- light articulated vehicle
With knowledge and ability in preparing repair assessment and PMS reports
