Manila - Social Media Specialist

Summary:

The Social Media Specialist reports to the Social Media Manager. This role supports the planning and management of all corporate social media channels. This position provides social listening, copywriting, and data and analytics support.

Primary Role / Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube
• Implement social media strategy in-line with our RealPage’s brand mission
• Monitor social listening on all channels
• Track social media performance and analyze data for monthly reporting
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments
• Cross-collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams
• Support Social Media Marketing Manager with corporate messaging and copywriting
• Social media channel point of contact for ad hoc inquiries

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• 3 years of experience in communications, social media, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Viva suite, including SharePoint, Adobe Creative suite, and Google Analytics
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Copywriting skills
• Organized with good time management
• Quick problem solving
• Effective brainstorming
• Collaborative working
• Must be amenable to work Night Shift
