We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance/Accounting Associate Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares consolidated financial statements and other consolidated reports and requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Handles the preparation and audit of annual (and interim, if applicable) consolidated financial statements
• Coordinates with the different business units for the accurate and timely submission of their respective financial reports and balances, including the Company’s standalone financial reports and balances
• Assists in setting-up a financial consolidation system

II. Supervises the parent accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions

III. Handles contract drafting and management

IV. Oversees special projects, as applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Must be a CPA.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience, specially in accounting consolidations and financial reporting
• Preferably with relevant work experience in a holding company reporting under full PFRS or have handled financial audits of various consolidated financial statements under full PFRS
• Strong knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles and practices in the Philippines (i.e. PFRS)
• Working knowledge in banking, taxation and other regulatory compliance rules (i.e. SEC)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and accounting consolidation systems is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a reliable team player who is flexible and has keen attention to details
