Application Support Specialist (Open for Fresh Grads)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Application Support Specialists. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to grow their careers in IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support by helping users with our software products and systems.
• Assist in resolving system issues quickly to avoid disruption in day-to-day operations.
• Escalate recurring or complex issues to Level 2 support for further investigation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to track and manage incidents from start to finish.
• Help create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation for common issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical users.
• Support the team in handling critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by your team leader.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong interest in IT support and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Detail-oriented, logical thinker, and eager to solve problems.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
