- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and service level agreements
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide coaching and identify development opportunities
- Monitor call quality, adherence to scripts, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyse team performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Implement training programmes and conduct refresher training sessions to enhance team competencies
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints to ensure swift resolution
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance and disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation and continuous improvement
- Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and quality standards within the team
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role in a call centre or customer service environment, ideally for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of call centre operations, including KPIs, quality assurance and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in using call centre software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- A professional demeanour with a customer-centric mindset
- Filipino fluency is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
