  1. Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and service level agreements
  2. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide coaching and identify development opportunities
  3. Monitor call quality, adherence to scripts, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Analyse team performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  5. Implement training programmes and conduct refresher training sessions to enhance team competencies
  6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints to ensure swift resolution
  7. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance and disciplinary actions
  8. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation and continuous improvement
  9. Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  10. Ensure adherence to health, safety and quality standards within the team
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role in a call centre or customer service environment, ideally for a minimum of 2-3 years
  2. Strong knowledge of call centre operations, including KPIs, quality assurance and performance management
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  5. Proficiency in using call centre software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  7. A professional demeanour with a customer-centric mindset
  8. Filipino fluency is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable
  9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
  10. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
