Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of motorcycles and spare parts
- Monitor inventory levels of motorcycle units, parts, lubricants, tires, batteries, and accessories
- Ensure proper handling and storage of motorcycles to avoid damage
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management or inventory systems
- Coordinate deliveries and transfers between branches, dealers, and service centers
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and security
- Coordinate with service and sales departments for the timely release of units and spare parts
- Prepare inventory and operational reports for management
- Ensure fast-moving and critical spare parts are adequately stocked
