The Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for guests and employees. This role performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and other general maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Electrical Installation, RAC Servicing, or a related trade is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in building, hotel, resort, or commercial facility maintenance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.
Honest, dependable, and safety-conscious.

Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
