• Preferably has experience working in an oil company
• With experience working in the same capacity.
• From a marketing company of a fast-growing brand of regular consumable products.
• Must have confidence, skills, and proven accomplishment.
• Adept in the deployment of local store marketing and promotions
• Knows how to drive
• Willing to travel
• Can start immediately
• Assigned area coverage is Visayas

4. Business counseling
5. Retail quality
6. Price Management
7. Local Station Promotions
8. Retail components and merchandising inspection Pump meter reading
9. Dealer/CA recruitment
10. Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of retail stations by directing all operational aspects of each stations and driving sales while minimizing costs
11. Responsible for ensuring that station managers and their staff keep station to the highest possible standards and controls are followed
12. Responsible for multiple ongoing duties, reporting sales information and meeting company goals
13. Responsible to generate sales revenues by managing dealers / franchisees to guide them in their sales program and retail outlet operations
14. Monitoring performance of stations
15. Acting as an interface between the stations and head office
16. Monitoring stations requirements
