COLLECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to have the list of all unpaid invoices and counters for collection.
- Familiarize the credit terms and agreement of credit and collection.
- Familiar to area of responsibility
- Responsible to know the details of Cheque from amount in figures, dates and to amount in words.
- Provide collection report and submit it to account receivable group for proper filing, encoding and monitoring.
- Correct poor collection
- Evaluate and analyze the costumers/store status in terms of payment
- Communicate to the costumers/store when discrepancy occur.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle with Professional Driver's License
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
