I. POSITION TITLE: Loan Processor (Online Sales) - Responsible for handling online loan inquiries, assisting customers throughout the application process, and supporting sales through effective communication and service.

- Follow up with OFW customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.) to ensure timely completion of loan applications
- Assist customers in filling out application forms and preparing required documents until successful loan approval and disbursement
- Maintain proper records of customer status and follow-ups
- Provide basic market and customer feedback to the team
- With experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work is preferred
- Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive, patient, serious and responsible in work
Working Time: 5 days a week 9AM-6PM
