IV. JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for back-office tasks and duties that support the sales and marketing departments.

 V.  WHAT YOU’LL DO

Sales Analytics
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, customer churn, and areas for improvement.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in preparing data for quarterly business review meetings and other sales external or internal sales meetings.
Rebate Management
  • Writing, tracking, and managing all Woodgrain rebate programs for both National accounts and local dealers.
National Accounts Support
  • Collect and prepare data for quarterly business review meetings.
  • Identify opportunities and areas for improvement with National Account Dealers.
Marketing Database Management
  • Regular maintenance of our marketing email database, making sure data is clean and aligned with Woodgrain customer segments and customer parent names.
  • Proactively grow the marketing database by working with branches and sales to import customer contact information.
Website Product & Dealer Data Management
  • Manages Moulding, Door, and other product data. Ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage dealer locator data. Ensure dealers are current customers and location data is correct.
Sales & Marketing Collateral Support
  • Coordinates order quantities for sales & marketing collateral
  • Assists in managing company storefronts
Organization, prioritization, and communication.
  • Completes all action items in a timely manner.
  • Response times are quick and show a sense of urgency.
  • Communicates well across all business functions to satisfy customer and department needs.

The job functions require the possession of a valid state driver’s license.

  • Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have time management skills, be self-motivated, be able to build relationships, and always maintain a positive attitude.
