About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategy and direction of our innovative digital products. Based in our Taguig City office, this full-time position will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
What you'll be doing- Define the product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable product requirements
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement data-driven improvements
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Must have a background on Cloud or Partner Management exposure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience with product management tools, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
