About the role
The Medical Technologist role at the Caloocan Chemotherapy Center is a full-time opportunity based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a key member of the clinical research team, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of cutting-edge chemotherapy treatments to patients with cancer.
What you'll be doing- Performing a range of laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples to support the medical research and treatment programs
- Accurately recording and documenting all test results and findings according to standard operating procedures
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring all work adheres to health and safety protocols
- Collaborating closely with the clinical research team to provide insights and recommendations based on laboratory data
- Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement new technologies to enhance the efficiency of the laboratory
- Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC License required)
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science
- With experience in clinical laboratory procedures is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in laboratory equipment and quality control procedures
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
