Branch Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our satellite dealership to ensure efficient execution, consistent standards, and strong customer satisfaction. This role has full operational accountability for Sales, Aftersales/Service, Finance, Admin, and Support functions at the branch level, ensuring alignment with head office strategies, distributor requirements, and company performance targets.
The Branch Head plays a critical role in driving profitability, process discipline, and continuous improvement within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees Day-to-Day Branch Operations - Ensures smooth and compliant operations across Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Admin, and Support teams by resolving operational issues, enforcing standard processes, and maintaining profitability at the branch level.
- Owns Branch Performance and Targets - Translates company and head office goals into clear branch-level targets, monitors daily and monthly performance, and drives accountability to achieve volume, revenue, productivity, and profitability objectives.
- Drives Operational Discipline and Efficiency - Implements and maintains standard operating procedures, workflows, and controls to reduce delays, errors, and inefficiencies, ensuring consistent execution in line with company and distributor standards.
- Uses Data for Branch Decision-Making - Reviews branch operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, ensuring timely corrective actions and accurate reporting to management.
- Leads Cross-Functional Branch Coordination - Facilitates collaboration across departments to ensure aligned execution of initiatives that improve branch growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Develops and Manages Branch Leaders - Coaches and supports supervisors, and key personnel, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring teams meet performance expectations and operational standards.
- Ensures Customer Experience and Compliance - Maintains high customer service standards across all touchpoints while ensuring compliance with distributor policies, audit requirements, and internal company controls.
- Represents Company Vision, Culture, and Values - Acts as the culture carrier at the branch level by embedding the company’s vision, mission, and core values into daily operations, leadership behavior, and team practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in branch management, or a similar leadership role with solid exposure to Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Admin functions; strong hands-on operational leadership with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution; results- and profitability-driven process-oriented, data-driven and analytical, comfortable using KPIs to guide decisions; effective communicator and coach with strong cross-functional coordination skills; customer-focused, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven dealership environment.
