RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in BPO Healthcare for 3 to 5 years
  • Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT
  • Can start ASAP
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • People Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Demonstrable analytical skillset
  • Organized & Self-Motivated
  • Results-Oriented
  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Set goals for the team to achieve.
  • Understand and communicate all of the organization's items, activities, processes, and standards to the team.
  • Amenable to work in BGC site
