QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales and client management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English and Filipino) and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to achieve both individual and company sales targets
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Experience with sales strategies, including promotions and incentives
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Solid understanding of real estate practices and principles

- Conduct sales presentations and lead negotiations with potential clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including creating impactful promotions and incentives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a comprehensive client database to drive lead generation and sales efforts
- Generate and submit timely sales reports to track performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners, clients, and internal teams
- Drive sales growth through networking with external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives
- Lead marketing initiatives, especially in relation to the Broker’s Appreciation Program
- Meet and exceed both internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Manage all inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure seamless communication between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in sales and training meetings to stay informed on new strategies and techniques
- Assist with the pre-qualification of buyers and ensure smooth documentation processes during bookings
- Support team collaboration, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of corporate events, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate to create and implement global best practices at the project level
